I assumed it was going to be the way to common issue on steam now days of a poor game making it to the platform.I’m pleased to say that’s not the case. Yes it needs work, yes graphically its poor, the UI is basic, the character of the game is lacking. With all that said I still enjoyed my time with it. If you are looking for an in-depth tycoon game look elsewhere. If you’re looking for something easy to pick up and play that ticks some of the tycoon game boxes it might be worth a try.As I always say with early access games only pick it up if don’t mind the possibility of being let down by the developers. That’s not to say that’s going to happen here but early access always comes with that possibility.Should you buy it? MaybeIs it any good? It shows potential of being a fun lightweight tycoon game.Final Word: You could always hold on until the developer shows some progress in early access.In the interest of honesty I was sent a key by the developer of the game to make some content for youtube. This does not affect my opinion of the game or my review.. For now I'm giving this game a thumbs up but only for die-hard tycoon fans like me who don't expect much value yet who mainly want to support the developer so he can continue working on the game. For everyone else please consider this review a thumbs down.The game currently is not bad, but it's not good either. It's somewher inbetween. You can currently choose to play sandbox in either a small market or a somewhat larger one. There are about half a dozen shelve types, fridges and one freezer and a few cashier points you can build and and almost 100 items you can stock your shelves and fridges with.The game is in a really early state and you can immediately tell after playing for a short time. It has quiet a few bugs although the game just released today, so the dev's might be able to fix many of the bugs in the comming days. The game currently doesn't offer too much playtime yet as it's too barebones and lacks certain features which one would expect from such a tycoon game.But it's early access and in my opinion it shows great promise and has a really good foundation. Whether or not the game will become really good depends on how well the development will continue. So if you are a die hard tycoon fan and would like to support the devs and test the game for them and see how it developes then buy it now. Otherwise check back in a month or two or maybe later to see how the game progress.I have played my fair share of really bad tycoon games but this one is off to a good start and can become a great game if development is done right.. Let me start off by saying that I have over 50 hours on record for this game. If you are someone who is very interested in the grocery business, or someone who is looking for a fun and realistic game, then this is for you! I work in a grocery store in real life and I have always been fascinated in how the industry works. When I found this game I was VERY excited to know that other people share the same interests in me. This game has a very realistic feel, such as ordering items and actually having them shipped to your store, managing money to make sure you are profiting money, and taking out loans to make sure you can pay the bills in time! Despite it's Early Access, it has potential.. this is a good little casual :D. Great game, relaxing with some challenge. Latest update added a lot of new features. Devs actually listen to player suggestions. A+. I really like this game when it works. I don't see it having much lasting power but it a fun game for what it is.HOWEVERThe Save/Load funtionality is weak at best, very frustrating not being able to save a game you have been playing for an hour, or load a game that you were able to save. Not sure if its me but this game is not finished enough to purchase yet. Should they work out the bugs (I have had some crashes as well) and add more playability I would reccomend. Until then save the 10 bucks.. I like to give this simulation game 10/10. Ive spent more hours on this then any other game. And i cant wait for it to progress more.
